Private/Alternate Money is relatively cheap right now

One of the private/alternate mortgage lenders I work with gave me permission to publish their ad promo, as long as I also advise people that it is subject to their review of the file, on approved credit etc.
If you are someone who sort of falls between the cracks when it comes to getting 'normal' financing, private/alternate lenders might be a good choice for you. Just remember that there are usually fees involved and that you'll need more of a down payment/equity -usually 25% or more.
